Excellent service from NB....make other Estate Agents in Loughborough look like amateurs! Anna Law gets all necessary information from prospective buyers on there present position and all appointments are confirmed by text on the same day of viewing to ensure appointments are not missed by buyers.. Anna follows up on there thoughts on the property and phones seller to give updates which are precise and sensible. I have found most other agents send prospective buyers but never give any feed back.. As soon as we used NB we knew we were in good hands. It was refreshing to see an Estate agent that was actually interested in selling our property. Thank you Anna and Chris for your professional approach in securing a sale for our property. Tim Faux.
